The main entrance can be found at Hanul Square, for Pokémon GO Safari Zone. You can also enter through other entrances connected to the 4 parking lots, as well as Musical Fountains.

• ’The Welcome Gate’ for the event is located only at the main entrance.

There is no car parking secured for this event. Please use public transport to make your way to Ilsan Lake Park.

There are 11 restrooms in the park. Please refer to the area map set up in the park during the event.

All places in the park are non-smoking areas.

There will be no merchandise booth at this event.

• Tickets can be purchased from the Pokémon GO Event Ticketing page.
• Trainers must physically visit Ilsan Lake Park to enjoy all the exclusive content that this event has to offer.

• Open the Pokémon GO app when you get to Ilsan Lake Park during the date and time stated on your ticket.
• Trainers in the venue who do not have a ticket will not have access to the event-exclusive content.

• Any minor attending the event must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For children under 14, a ticket must be purchased for the attending child and for the parent or guardian accompanying them.
• You will not be able to participate in the event outside of the park, even with a ticket.
• There are a limited number of tickets available. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• You will see “Tickets Available!” next to the Safari Zone: Goyang event ticket link if the event hasn’t sold out.
• The event experience will be available only at this location on the specified date and time.
• Note: Tickets to this event are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). There are a limited number of tickets available. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Child Accounts:
  • Trainers with child accounts can attend events when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Their parent or guardian must reserve a ticket for themselves and for any children that will be attending. To register, the email associated with the parent or guardian’s Pokémon GO account must match the parent or guardian’s email address on file with Niantic Kids or Pokémon Trainer Club.

• For frequently asked questions regarding events, please refer to the Pokémon GO Help Center. In most cases, the issue can be resolved by restarting the app or device.
• If you have purchased an event ticket but are still not able to access the event-exclusive content, please visit the Pokémon GO Technical Support Area located in the park’s Hanul Square. For any other issues during the event, please contact support via the app.

• This event will be run in conjunction with the local guidelines established by the governments of South Korean and Goyang City to prevent the spread of COVID-19.Currently, PCR tests are mandatory for overseas entrants within 24 hours after entering Korea. If you enter Incheon International Airport, you can check at the COVID-19 inspection center in the airport, and if it is negative, you can do activities without any quarantine, and if it is positive, you must be quarantined for 7 days (as of September 7th, 2022). However, there is a possibility that the system may be changed in the future. Please check out here for the latest updates.
• Externally active participants are not required to wear masks. However, there is a possibility that the system may be changed in the future as the number of COVID-19 patients continues to come out.
• Please use hand sanitizers in men’s and women’s toilets, and along the promenades.
• Primary safety measures at the venue
  • Splatter shields will be installed at physical vendors.
  • Booths will be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized.
  • All staff will wear masks and will not be permitted to work if they have a fever or are feeling unwell.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available around the venue.

• We ask that you manage your personal health and wellbeing by keeping hydrated, wearing a hat etc.
• We ask that parents/guardians prioritize their child’s personal health first and foremost.
• Trainers can find drinks in the park from vending machines, water fountains.

A medical tent staffed with trained medical professionals will be set up in Hanul Square.

Please take all of your garbage home with you.

The garbage bins are placed inside the restroom and right outside of the restroom. Garbage management will be carried out from time to time during the event. However, it would be appreciated to take your own garbage home with you.

There will be 4 spots where you can charge your mobile batteries. The object written ‘POWERBANK’ on it is standing there.

Please speak to staff at the information center located in the venue for any items you have lost while in Ilsan Lake Park. On Monday, September 26, 2022, any lost items will be sent to the information center of Ilsan Lake Park (Phone number: +82 31-8075-4347, Office hour: 8:00 - 20:00). Please check that you have all your belongings before going home.

• This event will be held regardless of the weather. However, it may be canceled in the case of extreme weather or natural disasters. The event may also be canceled depending on the current COVID-19 infection rates, or if any restrictions are applied to holding events.
• Please check weather forecasts prior to attending the event and wear appropriate clothing.
