Pokémon GO City Safari is coming to Singapore!

Pokémon GO City Safari is coming to Singapore on March 29 and 30, 2025! Set off on a citywide adventure as you discover the vibrant stories, new friends, and exciting Pokémon waiting for you in Singapore!

Whether you’re a resident of Singapore or a first-time visitor, your Pokémon GO City Safari will take you across the city in an all-new way—from historic landmarks to local favorites, get ready for a taste of the city with Pokémon GO by your side!

Trainers can either purchase a ticket for one day of the two-day event or a one-day ticket with an additional second day add-on. One-day tickets are SGD$19.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency, including applicable taxes and fees) and are available for purchase on the Pokémon GO City Safari website. You will see “Tickets Available” next to the Pokémon GO City Safari: Singapore event ticket if it hasn’t sold out yet. Event gameplay will be available only for the date, time, and location specified on your ticket.

Note: Tickets to this event are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). Tickets are first come, first served and are available for purchase while supplies last.

Say “Hello” to Singapore in a citywide adventure!

Find a whole city of adventure waiting for you when you embark on a Pokémon GO City Safari! Encounter event-themed wild Pokémon throughout the city, complete City Safari–exclusive Special Research, and explore the rich culture in and around Singapore!

There’s no right or wrong way to enjoy a City Safari! This format allows Trainers to enjoy the citywide experiences at their own pace, catching Pokémon and making friends with other Trainers along the way.

Help Professor Willow research Pokémon across Singapore!

Ticket-holding Trainers can gear up to assist Professor Willow and Eevee in learning more about the Pokémon appearing during the event. And Eevee seems ready for a big adventure—Trainers will encounter Eevee wearing an explorer hat* at the beginning of the City Safari Special Research!

We encourage Trainers to explore the city with their new Eevee as a buddy. This event-exclusive Pokémon can be evolved into any of Eevee’s known Evolutions, so Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, or Sylveon wearing an explorer hat can join the fun!

Tip: You can upgrade your ticket with the Egg-thusiast add-on to unlock a 1/2 Hatch Distance bonus during the event! Ticket add-ons are active for both the Saturday and Sunday of Pokémon GO City Safari: Singapore.

Embark on an Eevee Explorers Expedition!

Don’t know where to start your adventure? With an entire city to explore, the Eevee Explorers Timed Research experience can help you set off on an exciting tour of notable locations, landmarks, and even some local favorite spots!

Visit locations across the city to complete this event-exclusive Timed Research, which awards an additional encounter with Eevee wearing an explorer hat at each location you visit!*

*Ticket holders can receive up to eight encounters with Eevee wearing an explorer hat as a part of the Eevee Explorers Timed Research in addition to the Eevee wearing an explorer hat received as a part of the event Special Research. Trainers who purchase the second day add-on can complete the Timed Research a second time for an additional eight encounters with Eevee wearing an explorer hat.

Ticket Holder bonuses

Ticket-holding Trainers will receive the following bonuses and rewards between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on their ticketed day, anywhere in Singapore!

An increased chance of encountering Shiny Pokémon
Up to five Special Trades can be made during the day on your ticket while in Singapore!
Trades will require 50% less Stardust.
Lure Modules (excluding Golden Lures) activated during the event will last for four hours.
Your buddy may find the City Safari–exclusive Tiny Compass souvenir.

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve launched Official Routes in Singapore. Based on five heritage trails, the Official Routes have been curated in partnership with Singapore’s National Heritage Board (NHB), which allow you to discover lesser-known stories and fun facts about the history and heritage of Singapore’s places and neighbourhoods as you embark on your Pokémon GO adventure.

How to purchase tickets
  1. Click HERE OR
  2. Open the Pokémon GO app.
  3. In Map View, tap the Main Menu button.
  4. Tap Events.
  5. On the following page, all upcoming live events will be listed, with the soonest event at the top.
  6. You’ll see the label “Tickets Available!” next to a first-come first-served event if it hasn’t sold out yet. Tap the event to select the date and time you wish to attend, purchase tickets for friends (see the “Gift a ticket to a Friend!” section below), and input your payment information to complete your purchase. On the payment confirmation page, please note your order ID. You’ll also receive a confirmation email at the address you entered before payment.

If you would like to purchase a ticket for one of your friends, you’ll need their username. While purchasing, there are boxes where you can fill in the usernames of the friends that you would like to buy tickets for—one name per box.

Tap “Add.” Make sure their username is spelled correctly.

Note: You must be at least Great Friends with the Trainer you wish to give a ticket to. You must also assign the entire quantity of tickets that you selected to eligible friends before you can proceed to payment. Can I participate in Pokémon GO City Safari: Singapore from anywhere if I have a live event ticket?

In order to enjoy the event gameplay of Pokémon GO City Safari: Singapore, you must be physically present in Singapore.

How do I start playing after arriving in Singapore?

Simply open Pokémon GO in Singapore on the date and time stated on your event ticket. Trainers who do not have a ticket will not have access to the event-exclusive content even if they are physically present in Singapore.

  • Trainers will not be able to participate in the event outside Singapore even if they purchase a ticket.

  • Child Accounts:Trainers with child accounts can attend the event when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
