You may access Pokémon GO Safari Zone: Taipei from anywhere in Da’an Forest Park. There are 11 entrances to the park, and you may enter through any of them.

There is no parking secured for this event. We recommend using public transportation to make your way to Da’an Forest Park.

Subway

• Direct access to the park is available via the Taipei Metro Daan Park station located along the Tamsui–Xinyi line.

Bus

• Buses with routes that stop at Da’an Forest Park are available. For more information, see bus schedules here.

There are seven restrooms within the park. A map with their locations will be posted in the park during the event.

Da’an Forest Park is a non-smoking area.

Yes! Merchandise will be sold at the location(s) marked on the map posted in the park during the event.

• Tickets can be purchased from the Pokémon GO Event Ticketing page.
• Trainers must physically visit Da’an Forest Park to enjoy all the exclusive content that this event has to offer.

• Open the Pokémon GO app when you get to Da’an Forest Park during the date and time listed on your event ticket.
• Trainers at the venue who do not possess a ticket will not have access to event-exclusive content.

• Any minor attending the event must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For children under 14, a ticket must be purchased for the attending child and for the parent or guardian accompanying them.
• You will not be able to participate in the event outside of the park, even with a ticket.
• There are a limited number of tickets available. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• You will see “Tickets Available!” next to the Pokémon GO Safari Zone: Taipei event ticket page if the event hasn’t sold out.
• The event experience will be available only at this location on the specified date and time.
• Note: Tickets to this event are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). There are a limited number of tickets available. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Child Accounts:
  • Trainers with child accounts can attend events when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Their parents or guardians must reserve a ticket for themselves and for any children that will be attending. To register, the email associated with the parent or guardian’s Pokémon GO account must match the parent or guardian’s email address on file with Niantic Kids or Pokémon Trainer Club.

• For frequently asked questions regarding events, please refer to the Pokémon GO Help Center. In most cases, the issue can be resolved by restarting the app or device.
• If you have purchased an event ticket but are still not able to access event-exclusive content, please visit the Pokémon GO Technical Support area located in the park. For any other issues during the event, please contact support via the app.

• This event will be run in conjunction with the local guidelines established by the governments of Taiwan and Taipei City to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We recommend visiting the Taiwan CDC website for the latest information.
• Members of the public are advised to wear masks. However, there is a possibility that the system may be changed in the future as the number of COVID-19 patients continues to come out.
• Please maintain good hygiene in all circumstances.
• Primary safety measures at the venue
• Tents will be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized.
• All staff will wear masks and will not be permitted to work if they have a fever or are feeling unwell.
• Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue.

• We ask that you manage your personal health and well-being by keeping hydrated, wearing a hat, etc.
• We ask that parents/guardians prioritize their child’s personal health first and foremost.
• Trainers can find drinks in the park from water fountains and vending machines, and in nearby convenience stores.

There are no charging stations inside the park. However, portable chargers are widely available to rent in Taipei at most convenience stores.

On Monday, October 24, 2022, any lost items will be sent to Rui’an Street Police Station (Phone number: 2705-4164 / 2707-5841; open 24 hours a day). Please ensure that you have all your belongings before going home.

• This event will be held regardless of the weather. However, it may be canceled in the case of extreme weather or natural disasters. The event may also be canceled depending on current COVID-19 guidelines.
• Please check weather forecasts prior to attending the event and wear appropriate clothing.
