There will be no designated parking area for this event. We recommend using public transportation.

Tickets can be purchased from the Pokémon GO Event Ticketing page. *Trainers must physically be in Singapore to enjoy all the exclusive content that this event has to offer. For purchasing information, visit the Registering for Live Events page.

In order to enjoy the event gameplay of Pokémon GO City Safari: Singapore, you must be physically present in Singapore.

Simply open Pokémon GO in Singapore on the date and time stated on your event ticket. Trainers who do not have a ticket will not have access to the event-exclusive content even if they are physically present in Singapore.

-Event gameplay will be available at the designated locations throughout Singapore on the specified dates and times.
-Trainers will not be able to participate in the event outside Singapore even if they purchase a ticket.
-Tickets for this event, including the purchase of any add-ons, are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). There are a limited number of tickets available. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
-Child Accounts:Trainers with child accounts can attend the event when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Their parents or guardians must purchase a ticket for themselves and for any children who will be attending this event. To register, the email associated with the parent or guardian’s Pokémon GO account must match the parent or guardian’s email address on file with Niantic Kids or Pokémon Trainer Club.

In most cases, the issue can be resolved by restarting Pokémon GO or your device. For frequently asked questions regarding events, please refer to the Pokémon GO Help Center.

-Please consider staying hydrated, wearing sun protection, etc.
-Trainers can purchase drinks in the city from vending machines, convenience stores, etc.
-Please prioritize your child’s well-being if you are bringing a child to this event.

Smoking (including but not limited to e-cigarettes and tobacco products) anywhere outside of designated areas is prohibited. Please use the designated smoking areas when smoking.

Please take any trash from the event home with you.

We recommend bringing a fully charged portable power bank to ensure uninterrupted gameplay.

This event will be held regardless of the weather. However, in the case of extreme weather or natural disasters, the event may be suspended. Please check the local weather forecast before coming to the event and wear appropriate clothing.
