We apologize for this afternoon’s network connectivity issue with Verizon, which affected gameplay for Saturday ticket-holders at Pokémon GO Fest 2023: New York City. We have worked with Verizon and connectivity has been restored on Randall’s Island. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the issue.

This is not the experience we want for our Trainers, and in an effort to resolve the situation, all Saturday Pokémon GO Fest 2023: New York City ticket-holders will receive the following:

• Today, August 19, the complete Pokémon GO Fest City Session gameplay experience will be extended for an extra three hours, to 10 p.m. ET.

Please note, these bonuses apply to all Trainers with Saturday gameplay access, including those with the Saturday Citywide Gameplay add-on. We recommend that Trainers continue playing the city-experience of Pokémon GO Fest 2023: New York City throughout the five boroughs.

Trainers who were unable to complete the location-specific tasks of the GO Fest 2023: New York City Park Adventure Special Research, please note that these research tasks will be updated within the next week to tasks that can be completed from wherever you are.
