Pokémon GO Fest is just around the corner, and we’re grateful you’re celebrating with us!
Join Trainers around the world for our two-day global event on Saturday, June 4, 2022, and Sunday, June 5, 2022, to unlock rewards, earn bonuses, and experience event-exclusive gameplay. Ticket-holding Trainers can complete Special Research to learn more about Shaymin, the Gratitude Pokémon!
Personalized Special Research
This year, ticket-holding Trainers will get to personalize their Pokémon GO Fest experience with Special Research. Catch, explore, or battle—choose your focus and difficulty level, and certain Special Research tasks will change accordingly! Complete Special Research to encounter the Mythical Pokémon Shaymin in its Land Forme! Other rewards include a Shaymin-inspired avatar item and an event-exclusive pose.

Rotating habitats and Pokémon encounters
Many different Pokémon will appear in rotating hourly habitats during the event. Trainers can complete Collection Challenges for each habitat hour to contribute to their Elite Collector medal. For the first time in Pokémon GO, lucky Trainers might encounter a Shiny Shroomish, Shiny Numel, Shiny Karrablast, Shiny Axew, or Shiny Shelmet!

Event special stickers
Special Pokémon GO Fest 2022–themed stickers will be available to Ticket-holding Trainers during the event from PokéStops and Gifts, and available to all Trainers in the in-game shop.
A special Pikachu
Pikachu is getting into the Pokémon GO Fest spirit, too! During the event, be on the lookout for Gracidea Pikachu appearing in the wild, in one-star raids, and as a surprise encounter in GO Snapshot. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one!
Commemorative Pokémon GO Fest 2022 T-shirt
Pikachu isn’t the only one dressed to impress! Trainers in select locations will be able to purchase commemorative Pokémon GO Fest 2022 T-shirts—and all Trainers will be able to snag a matching avatar item in the in-game shop! Read on for more details about T-shirt availability.
Niantic Supply
Trainers will be able to preorder Pokémon GO Fest 2022 shirts from Niantic Supply. Niantic Supply will ship to the following countries.
