This year’s Winter Wonderland event is stuffed with fun! Complete Collection Challenges to receive encounters with event-themed Pokémon, XP, items, and more.
Wyrdeer Raid Day will also be taking place during the event. Wyrdeer, the Big Horn Pokémon, will make its Pokémon GO debut in raids! In addition, you might encounter a Shiny one—if you’re lucky!

Wyrdeer Raid Day
Saturday, December 23, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
We’re holding a special Raid Day to celebrate Wyrdeer’s Pokémon GO debut! Wyrdeer will appear in three-star raids, and if you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one!
Pokémon debuts
Wyrdeer, the Big Horn Pokémon, will make its Pokémon GO debut in raids!
Event bonuses
- Wyrdeer will appear more frequently in raids.
- You’ll have an increased chance of encountering Shiny Wyrdeer.
- Up to five additional daily Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs during the event and up to two hours afterward.
- The Remote Raid Pass limit will be increased to 10 on Friday, December 22, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. PST to Saturday, December 23, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. PST.

Saturday, December 23, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday, December 24, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
Event bonuses
- Up to five Special Trades can be made a day.
- Trades made during the event will require 50% less Stardust.
